  • HIV CARE

    We served over 800 individuals living with HIV in 2024 alone, guaranteeing access to housing, medical care, and other types of support.

  • TRANS HEALTH

    We provide comprehensive medical and behavioral health services to members of the transgender community.

  • BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

    The Midwest is a mental health desert, making our behavioral health services even more critical to our community’s well-being. That’s why last year we completed almost 3,000 counseling appointments.
