Both Autumn and Jessica Slover are certified through the International Transgender Certification Association to provide gender-affirming mental health services to individuals identifying as transgender and/or gender diverse.

Meet Our Team
Autumn Gonzalez, LCPC, LMHC, CAADC, she/her
Behavioral Health Clinical Manager
Autumn is dedicated to advancing mental health services. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Education from Western Illinois University and is licensed in Illinois and Iowa. Autumn is a nationally board-certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC) and approved clinical supervisor (ACS). She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and as an Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC). With experience in various clinical settings, she provides clinical supervision and consultation, nurturing professional growth and promoting excellence in behavioral health care.
Though she is not currently accepting new clients, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role, focusing on areas such as trauma recovery, substance use disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, justice-involvement, and more. Her approach integrates a holistic perspective, emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit to foster healing, growth, and wellness. Autumn's therapeutic approach includes Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and biofeedback. She values diverse pathways to recovery and is committed to guiding and supporting clients through their unique journeys.
Clyde A. Lipp, MS, LCPC, he/him
Behavioral Health Clinician
Clyde has over 35 years of experience as a licensed mental health clinician, working with children, adolescents and adults who are impacted by depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, HIV, gender issues, attachment, and LGBT-QIA issues. He has previously worked at TPQC as a Ryan White case manager and supervisor, providing an array of case management and mental health services to clients living with HIV/ AIDS. Clyde specializes in providing couples, group, play and family therapy, as well as mediation and conflict resolution services.
Clyde is certified to provide Choosing Life: Empowerment, Action and Results which is an evidenced based skills teaching and life skills program. CLEAR is currently being offered at TPQC.
Clyde graduated with his BSW from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Master’s Degree from Northern Illinois University-DeKalb, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy.
JESSICA RAMOS, MSED, LPC, she/her
Behavioral Health Clinician
Jessica is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) currently pursuing clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and dual licensure in Iowa. She earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Education from Western Illinois University.
Jessica is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care through a strength-based lens. She believes in sparking an authentic
connection with clients incorporating their passions and interests to maximize treatment outcomes. Jessica strives to provide a safe space where clients can explore their personal goals and address underlying issues, empowering them with practical tools and strategies. By incorporating personal values into her approach, Jessica tailors individualized care that promotes growth, resilience, and self-awareness. Jessica’s theoretical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques addressing the power of our thoughts on our emotions and behaviors. She has a strong drive to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our community and is committed to educating through advocacy.
Jessica Slover, LCPC, LMHC, TCT, she/her
Behavioral Health Clinician
Jessica earned her master’s degree from Western Illinois University and is a Certified Transgender Care Therapist (TCT). She has advanced training in Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS), Choosing Life: Empowerment, Actions, Results (CLEAR), Crisis Intervention and Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence counseling. She is also a Veteran of the United States Army.
Jessica’s approach to counseling is supportive, authentic and without judgement. She assists clients in identifying goals and intentions behind behaviors and works from a strength-based model to help improve self-acceptance and mental balance.
Jessica is a licensed counselor in both Illinois and Iowa. She typically works with individuals 12 years and older and has a strong emphasis and passion in helping with matters around self-acceptance/self-worth, LGBTQI+ (specifically gender identity and transitioning), healing trauma, relationships and attachment, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and healthy sexuality.
